Shipping and Handling

Postage, Packing and Insurance Charges for UK orders are as follows:-

Up to 300gms £3.00

300-500gms    £4.00

500-750gms £5.25

over 750gms depending on weight

We can send orders to any country.    For deliveries to Europe £1.00 will be added and for the rest of the world, including the United States of America and Canada £2.00 will be added.

Delivery Schedule

We aim to dispatch orders within 5 days of receipt. We always have a good stock of yarns, threads and fabrics but there are occasions when part of your order may have to be dyed therefore you should allow 14 days to receive your order.      Also during Exhibition and holiday periods there can be the occasional delay.

Returns Policy

We hope that you will be happy with your order. If, for some reason, you wish to return it please advise us as soon as possible - but within 28 days of receipt. Provided that the order is returned to us in the same condition in which it was sent, we will either change it or send a full refund less our postage and packing charges.

Payment Terms

Payment will be charged to your card when the order is being dyed.

Tax Charges

There is no tax payable on any of our orders.

Credit Card Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
